BLACKWINGED Blackwinged stands for the ideals of pure minimalistic Black Metal, without any compromises or any modern influences. Numerous live performances in Russia demonstrated aggressive, powerful and massive sound full of insane Satanic energy! The band supported Russian shows of Enthroned and mighty Inquisition and deserves the status of one of the most interesting live bands from Russia. Blackwinged constantly developing their live performances as well as songwriting and making sound more massive and punishing. Lyrically the band explores the darkest paths beyond the veil of existence based upon Satanic believes and the triumph of Death.
BLACKWINGED was formed at 2005 a.b. by ATH (guitar and voice) and TLG (bass) and remains a duo till now but with a help of session drummer that was recruited recently after years of attempts to find an appropriate full-time member. Anyway the core was and is the same. Live demo "Summoning Destroyed" was recorded in 2006. These days the first official recording is in work. It will include four key songs of the band from different times, yet representing it's unique style.
